History:In the beginning, Illuvatar created Middle Earth.  He then created other powerful wizards called the Aniur, each representing a different part of his mind.  The Aniur then created powerful wizards called the Valar or "sons of the Aniur."  They then created themselves, servants who also were wizards called the Maiar, three of which were called, Saruman the white, Gandalf the grey, and Radgast the brown.  Gandalf, or Olorin (his name in Valarin) was the wisest of the Maiar, and weilded the great sword, Glamdring, forged for king Gondolin.  After Saruman turned to the dark side,  Gandalf became a white wizard.
